General Counsel

Blair serves as a Managing Director and General Counsel to Tamarack Fund, LLC. Blair is a corporate lawyer practicing primarily in the mergers and acquisitions field. Blair has decades of experience practicing law in private firms and has practiced in the mergers and acquisitions, tax, capital markets and general corporate areas. He most recently was a partner for 20 years leading the Colorado corporate group of Faegre Baker Daniels, then a 600-lawyer international law firm (now Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath, a 1500-lawyer international law firm).

His diverse background and extensive experience allows Blair to anticipate challenges, execute strategy, complete transactions and achieve business goals.

Blair is a resident of Colorado and an avid international trekker.
